Terms of Service
Default terms · Last updated 24 October 2026. By using this installation, you agree to these service conditions.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate registration information, protect your password, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Restaurant tools require an active package. Creating an account or submitting a payment reference does not itself activate a package.
Packages and billing
Published package prices depend on visitor region: PKR in Pakistan and USD elsewhere. Monthly access is 30 days. Yearly access is 365 days. Current prices and monthly/yearly discounts are published on the Pricing page. Activation follows administrator verification of payment. Renewal extends access from the current expiry when it is still active. No automatic recurring debit is performed. Contact the platform operator about billing errors or a cancellation request.
Restaurant responsibilities
Restaurants control menu descriptions, prices, tax settings, payment instructions, availability, food safety, fulfillment, and order refunds. Restaurants must ensure these details are accurate and comply with applicable obligations.
Customer orders
Review the table, items, total, and payment method before submitting. An order confirmation records the order; it does not prove receipt of funds or guarantee preparation time. WhatsApp delivery requires the customer to send the prepared message.
Acceptable use
Do not publish unlawful content, interfere with the service, attempt to access another restaurant’s records, or use the service to send spam. Access may be restricted to protect the service or address misuse.
Availability and third parties
Service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. WhatsApp, banks, wallets, and hosting providers operate independently. Keep separate business records and contact the restaurant directly if an order requires urgent attention.
Questions and changes
Contact the installation operator for disputes, account closure, or changes to these terms. These are default service terms that the operator should review and tailor before public launch.
